a form is missing

Hi!

I created this form https://form.jotform.com/71494212131143

Previous all the forms that were in "diowestmich" were availbe to me, and my forms were available to others in "diowestmich". Now they can't see my form, and therefore can't edit it.

How did this happen, and how can it be changed back?

Hello Gennie,

Your form is available on your account. You just have to click My Forms on the left part of your page to see the form

For you to be able to see the forms under diowestmich, you will need to click the folder under Shared with you which you can find on the left as well
