Ordered List

I'm using the "Quick Elements" text field to list information for the user. In the text box I have an ordered list. In edit mode it is displayed correctly but when I look at the live version of the form the ordered list is displayed as an unordered list with bullet points. How do I fix this?

I checked the form in edit and live mode, and it looks the same:
