I do not know what account is associated with my payment that I am making, what do you need from me to find the account?

I have checked the accounts related to your IP address and I can see there is only one, the current account you used to open this thread, that has been upgraded, it's under the storage plan, but the price is $5 per month.
May be that the account is under the old pricing, since there is not a current subscription for $9, do you have any subscription ID or email that you have received from a charge?
We will be glad to check on our end and try to find why you're being charged.
