I get a message saying my form is in restore mode.

    I get this message when I try and access the form via an email link.  What can be done?   My account is Firedupk9

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Your account status is set to "Dormant" which usually happens when the account has been inactive or has not been accessed for quite some time. I have re-activated your account so you should be able to see your form now.
