How can I send emails from an address entered in the form?

When somebody fills out a form, you have the option for sender name and reply-to-email.  How do you have it where when somebody submits a form it comes from their email?  They'd have to fill it out in a field correct?  Thanks.

The sender name is collected from a field in the form and the reply-to email is the address that will be used when clicking "reply" from the notification or autoresponder email.  If you want to change the sending email address to your own, you can set up your notifications to send using SMTP:

As for your other questions, I am not quite sure what you are looking for.  If you are trying to allow for someone to submit the form then have an email originate from the address of the user who submitted the form, that is not possible.  If there is something else you are looking for, let us know and we will be happy to help.
