I used the email email@example.com to make an account for my employer. I created a long form and we are going to be paying customers once we launch our new site. Please help me reset the password and access this account I have tried multiple times but received no emails from jotform.

The email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) is in the bounce list. That's the reason why the email is not receiving password reset instruction.
I have now removed the email from the bounce list. That should fix the issue. Also, I have sent you the password reset instruction. Please check your inbox or spam folder.
