Hi! I may have already posted this, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I got into my account by doing a password reset, but my forms are still disabled. The forms I need are the:
1) Travel with On the Road Contact Form
2) Join On the Road Travel.
I don't really understand why either one would be disabled. I suspect it may be because I created a "password" form, but as you can see, I never used it. I built it before realizing I couldn't use it, but I didn't delete it -- I just left it there unused. I have now deleted it.
Can you please reactivate the forms?

I have now activated your account back in good status so you can manage and use your forms properly.
