How can I bill my silver plan?

    My name is Enrique Camacho, from Mexico City. Actually i´m working in "IDAC del Valle" www.idacdelvalle.edu.mx (we are an Architecture University) and we want to know more about Education Discount from HotForm.

    You need to apply so we can check if you're eligible or not for the non-profit discount. Here's the link for our Educational Discount: https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/

    All necessary information needed is in the link. After applying, give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email.  Here's what it looks like:

    After that, you can click the Upgrade button under the Silver Plan to upgrade your account.
