How do I download Excel/CSV file with submissions from encrypted form

    I can see the entries on the screen but when I go to download it as a CSV or a EXL it re-encrypts.  I tried removing the encryption and it makes it worse.

    The form entries are being only decrypted in your browser. Our server does not have access to the decrypted entries, so there is no way to download the report with decrypted data.

    If you disable the encryption, you will be able to download the new form submissions without the encryption.
