I've had to update my password several times, now I am locked out

    Hi,  I needed to update my password.  I tried to do 16 digit encrypted password 2'x and it wouldn't work.  So I reset it to a much easier one.  NOw it is telling me I had too many attempts and am locked out.

     

    Please reset my account so I can access it.

    If you're referring to this website URL: https://nyhealthandwellness.com/contact/. The account owner is NYHealthWellness and it is registered to the email address (info@nyhealthandwellness.com). 

    I checked the mail logs and I can see that password reset instruction was being sent successfully.
