Why did my forms disappear?

I was updating some of our forms in jotform,  I saved it and was going to the next jot form and everything disappeared. I do not see any of our forms or templates. 

I have checked your account history and I cannot find any form creation, the only forms on your account were shared from another account. 

I would suggest you to ask the main account for the form, may be that the form is not shared anymore, if you have the form's link, please share it with use so we can also find it on our end.
