I got an email saying my account was downgraded. I followed the link to check on that and it said I have no forms. How to I re-upgrade?

    Hi Ken, 

    Your account has been downgraded to the free plan because we were unable to collect your last payment, it could be because your credit card has expired. 

    I can confirm that you have 7 forms in your account, and they are active and should be accessible without issues, to be able to see them, please make sure that you are logged in to your account. 

    As for upgrade, you can upgrade again by going on this page:

    https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

     

    And select the plan you want, and make sure you enter your new credit card details.

    I have entered my new, valid credit card information.

    I didn't select a plan because it was not showing my plan, the Premium $9.95/month plan. Please place me back on that plan and charge my card.

    Hi Ken, 

    The premium plan was in our old pricing structure and is no longer available, the equivalent is our bronze plan which costs 19$ a month.
