Wrong password. I am unable to sign in to my account.

    I have problem logging in. I've been using the same username and password all this while but suddenly it says that I've entered the wrong password. I have checked many times, including refreshing the page, switching off the Caps Lock and even using the virtual keyboard and it's still wrong. This has happened twice and going to be the third time now. This has caused inconveniences because this account is shared with other colleagues.


    What is the cause of this and how can I avoid this from happening again?

    Hello Amy,

    Upon checking, I found that your account username is "Shamiz". If you input correct username/email address and password, there is no reason why you should not be able to login to your JotForm account. 

    Are you still not able to login to your account? Can you please check with your colleagues if the account password is changed?
