We are having a rather perplexing issue. We have been using jotform for a while in numerous different ways. Some of the forms are completed by the same person multiple times per day, multiple days per week. They have been working well for more than 6 months. However all of a sudden two staff members can't get the drop down widget to work when they click on them - its like they are slightly greyed out?! However other staff members are using the same form with no problem.
We have tried deleting the browsing history including the form filling part.
I have added a link to one the forms affected. It seems to be only affecting the drop down widget at the moment.
could you please look into this and advise?

I just filled your form, and the Checkbox in Dropdown widgets can be filled without an issue:
Please ask those two staff members to try using a different browser, and connection. Let us know if you have more questions.
