How can I increase size of Text Entry field?

small box for text entry. I want the entry box to be longer... but can't figure out how to do this. Please help!

I have checked your website and find your form which called "Team Dynamics Assessment". Your "Text Entry" field on the form looks like this:

If you want to increase your text entry size, please follow these steps:

1. Please select your Text Entry field and click "Settings" button:

2. Go to "Options" tab and you can change your field size on the Size field.
