Looking for a credit and your BEST pricing for our institution.

Thank you for JotForm. It met our needs beautifully. I opened the account to try it for one month. THe form created was used by our administrators and they love the ease of use and the ability to get the information in Google sheets. Thank you!

Would you please send you VERY BEST pricing for an annual subscription? My Admin Team would like to subscribe to your service. 

Also, is it possible to be refunded for the month starting June 10? I tried very hard to CANCEL on my phone but was unable to navigate to the correct screen. The refund would be muchly appreciated as we shift to a full year.

I cancelled your subscription and refunded your last payment.  You should receive a refund for $9.50 credited to your card in the next 5-7 business days.

As for the yearly subscription pricing, since it looks like you have a non-profit discount, can be found through the non-profit confirmation email.  The same links you used to sign up for the monthly subscription should also show yearly pricing.
