How do I make credit card info conditional?

I have selections on page 1 that options 1-3 do not require payment but option 4 does. I set up a page 2 with Stripe integration that is conditional IF selecting option 1-3 skip the second page but if selecting option 4, go to page 2 for payment. I also set a condition if choosing option 1-3 to unrequire page 2. However, each time I get to the submit page I get the message that credit card info needs to be complete. 

Please advise.

Product inside of your payment field is selected by default and because of that you are getting mentioned error message. 

To resolve you issue you will need to set to NO Selected by Default option inside of Product Settings. 

In this case you can require My Products field if option 4 is selected.
