My form is not downloading to excel

    It says that form is created and I click open and nothing opens in excel.

    I just made a test download of my form submissions to Excel but I did not encounter any problems. Can you confirm that an excel document was downloaded? If so, can you go to the directory of the file where it was downloaded and open the said file?

    Yes. It shows the file downloaded but it is a blank file,

    I just made a test download of submissions to Excel but I was not able to replicate the problem. Can you try downloading again?
