Can I have the subject line grab info from the submitted application?

Hi,

I'd like to send the confirming email to a database that will create an appropriate entry if I can make the subject line:

"+Name of Applicant"

Is that possible?  Can I have the subject line grab info from the application?

You can setup the subject line to show info from the submitted application, simply click on pencil:

Then click the field you wan to add, and finally on the "Apply" button:

On regards of sending the notification to a database, we do not have a feature for that. However, you want to send your submissions to your own database, here is an example: https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
