How do I separate the emails alerting me of submissions?

I get many forms a day and its frustrating that they all come into my gmail as the same email so i have 55 emails from jotform rather than separate emails from each submission. Any ideas how to change this? Maybe this is an issue to bring up to Gmail, if so any ideas how to fix it there?

    Thanks!

I think it has something to do with the email subject on your form, currently it is only the form's title so each time you receive a submission it will be added to the previous email you received with the same subject, this will create an email thread.

If you would like to get separated emails then you should set different email subjects, you could include the submission ID, for example, so you get each submissions like a separate email.

To include the submission ID you should go to the email wizard and edit your email notification, click on the pencil icon to get the fields from your form:

Select the submission ID which is unique, or any other field you want, and click on the apply button, do note forget to click on the save button:

    Hope this helps.
