    I have opened an account on your site JotForm in which I have already created questionnaires to follow up the activities of my institution. I respect your terms of use of free access.

    Today, I wanted to continue my work, and access was refused. Could you help me access my account?

    Your account has been autosuspended due to suspected phishing activity, I checked your forms and I confirm that they're clear and compliant with our terms of use. 

    I have re-activated your account, you should be able to use it now without issue.
