"Submit" Button?

    I don't see a "Submit" button on the URL after I've filled out the form.  Where is it?  Many thanks!  -Bart

    I can see the submit button here at the bottom of the page:

    Can you tell me what device and web browser you are using please? 

    Is it a mobile device?

    Yes, I put it in when I figured it out.  I had the elements hidden and had forgotten where they were.
