lost private key

Try and find your private key. Its usually called "jotform.key" and its usually in your "Downloads" folder. Search your computer because without the key you cannot access your encrypted submissions.

If you cant find your key you have two options:

1. Create new keys (Note: you will only be able to accesss new submission data, the data previously encrypted cannot be accessed)
