Why was my account suspended? Is there anyway to get the forms back

I am unable to log into my forms as my account has been suspended. I not not think I have been in violation with any of the terms. Can you please helP? Why was my account suspended? Is there anyway to get the forms back?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our anti phishing filter suspended your account because one of your form was asking for credit card details, which violates our terms of use.

Please be advised that, forms like registration form, signup form, login form,.etc. that contains or asked for credit card details are not supported by JotForm. I would recommend deleting those fields inorder to reactivate the account.
