My users report that they can't fill out the form on a tablet

    I often get emails saying that people can't seem to access the form or fill it out properly on a tablet. Once they get to a computer then they are okay. Why is this?

    That depends on the issues they're having. For example if they are having difficulties loading the form, then it could be related to a temporary problem with internet connection on that device, as when they switch to a computer the internet service provider may differ, resulting in a different connectivity experience.

    Please consider asking your form users to elaborate on the specific issues they face, ideally with screenshots or so, as that would allows us to inspect them and assist you better.
