I have been trying to submit a registration form from my site and it will not let me fill in the info for a customer.

I even tried to delete and make a new form it won't even show up.

    Please help.

I have not had 100 submissions yet this month but it says i'm almost full. Nor have i had 1000 form views. I can't find out the problem.

I checked your account, and it appears you are using more than the allowable submission limit. You have a Free Subscription, which entitles you to have 100 submissions. Currently you are using 600 plus submissions.

Try to disable or achieve your forms. However, you won't be able to use this form if you do that. The last option is to upgrade your subscription.

Let us know if you need further assistance upgrading it.

I'm confused because if I get 100 per month and you say I have 600 what does that mean ?

Why would I disable a form  fi I can't use it??

    Sorry I'm just confused.

    Hello,

I checked your limits but I don't see any problem with your account except that you have a total of 672 total submissions. Free users can only view 500 submissions total for all submissions on his account but this should not affect the performance of your forms. What will happen here is that your oldest viewable submission will only be inaccessible in exchange for an incoming new one.

For your form's actual case, unfortunately, I cannot access the page where you have embedded your form. Can you share with us a direct link where we can try viewing and filling up your form?

Currently, I am able to fill up your form on stand alone (direct URL to your form) so it most likely is a problem with your form being embedded to webs.com.

    Please keep us posted.

Virginia Scrapbooking Retreats has the form that I'm having difficulties with. It acts weird when trying to fill it in I back out and it types back over what I just typed.
Still confused by what you are explaining Some of the submitted forms will disappear?? Total submissions do you mean say I have 5 diff forms in use and you're saying only 500 total from all of them is this per month or what time frame?

To explain the 500 submission storage limit:

This is the limit on free accounts, this is different from the 100 submissions monthly limit allotted for such accounts. This also does not renew.

So let us say that an account has 5 forms and in total have already accumulated 500 submissions. Form2 has the oldest submission received. So an incoming submission on Form3 will allow the receiving of the submission, but in exchange, the oldest submission under Form2 will be removed. But take note that this limit does not affect the performance of forms.

But on your form's concern over this thread, unfortunately, I was not able to encounter any problems when I tried filling up the form. I also noticed that you have raised the same concern over this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1176598. So I would suggest that let's discuss the matter over your forms on that link instead to prevent confusion on trying to resolve this case.

    Thanks for your understanding :)
