wouldn't let me type in my phone number

Hey i applied for a date with Edward grimes for the MTV single AF dating show and it wouldn't let me type in my phone number it does work in another application letter so i don't understand why i cannot type it in here i'm from germany and this is usually international for people all around the world so...
