I need help editing the voting items in the form and removing the payment field

Hello- your team was kind enough to help me get started with my form and now we are at the point where we would like to upload the form to our website. I have a working for under 'my forms' that you created. 

The final films that the public will be voting on which someone was nice enough to find artwork for are:

Star Wars (original)

Jurassic Park (original)

Guardians of the Galaxy (original)

Goonies 

The Princess Bride

 

Also- we want to remove the pay element as we are now going to just ask people to vote at no cost to them, but put the form on the same page on our website that includes information about how to become a drive in sponsor. 

 

I am desperately trying to get this form done and uploaded today if possible as school is out this week and we want to email parents asking them to vote this week.

You seem to have removed the payment field already. As for the widget, just click the Wand icon for the configuration. In the widget settings, add the images of the film that you are trying to add then make sure to correct the names in the

Thanks for the tip as to how to download new movie images and titles. I spent an hour so far trying to replace the five movies with our final selections. I have images attached of the five films and I believe I subbed in the titles correctly but please check. Could you sub in these images for us please? Guardians of the Galaxy can remain as one of the five.
How will we receive the information as to the choices people select? They should only be able to select one movie. Will the answers and their contact info be emailed to me or stored on my jotform account page?

Regarding those questions. 

You will receive submissions to your email that is set in Notifier:

With all information entered in the form. You can test by filling the form and submitting.

Your users are able to select only one movie, that is already set in the widget:

Again, submissions will be sent to you and they will be stored in your account on JotForm's submissions section.

Thanks - when I go to my account the movies are not accurate and I can't upload the images for them although I did send them directly to you. The five movies again should be The Princess Bride, Goonies, Star Wars, Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic Park.

So, you do not have a place where to upload the images?

1) Try uploading the images here: https://www.jotform.com/help/image_upload.php?naked=true 

2) Once the image is uploaded, copy the link.

3) And paste it in the widget. 

Repeat the same steps to upload the next image.
