free plan Question

Hi, I'm currently on a free plan.  Once I reach the total number of submissions (500) do they delete and does the counter start over, or do I automatically need to upgrade at that point?

You can either upgrade or download the submissions in an Excel file. If you choose to remain on the free plan the oldest submissions will be deleted automatically.
