Concern on the privacy of our customers

Hi. I just like to ask how secure are the data being gathered in this site? I am just concern on the privacy of our customers and might be subject to local regulatory issues.

Also, for submission ID, is there a way to customize it to suit our local needs? i find the system generated submission ID to long for our reference monitoring.
