We are not receiving forms that have been submitted and we don't know why. We are under our limit.

I checked your account and it says you are using six forms out of an available five forms. This does not affect the operation of your exisiting forms. They will continue to work. However you will be unable to create new forms.
I have cleared your form cache, recalculated your submissions, and fixed your folders. So please try and submit a form now. And if you are still experiencing problems then get back to us.
