    "Form Analytics" does not display the data correctly.

    Hi,

    Yesterday i add the google analytics widget on my form. I had 3 submission on my form, but your analytics records 0 views.

    Does that mean when we add google analytics widget we have no more your stats ?

    Hello Alphonse,

    I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. Do you mean to say that you have received 3 submissions yesterday but form analytics does not display it correctly. I did check your form's analytics report and it does display form views and responses received correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Please note that adding google analytics widget in form will not cause any issue with "Form Analytics" report.

    I would suggest you to please check your "Form Analytics" report again and get back to us if it does display the data correctly.

    Thank you for your answer.  I just recheck, and you are right.

    But when i checked this morning, i had 0 views & 3 responses. Maybe data were not available at this time.

    Anyway, its working now !
