    My form settings cannot be changed

    Hi,

     

    My form "Employee of the Quarter" is giving an error message "Multiple submissions are disabled" for some users. I have changed the settings but it is still the same message. What should I do?

    Message that you provided will be shown when Unique submission or Unique question feature is enabled. I have inspected your form and both options are set to No Check.

    I have tested your form and I was able to submit it two times. Both times I selected same option. 

    I have also checked submission page of your form and I saw that same options were selected by other users from same IP address. 

    Does the issue still persist on your end? If your form is embedded, please provide us URL of the webpage, so that we can test your form there.
