Can I please change the username on our account?

Yes, we can change it for you, but please note the following:
-Customer URLs will not longer work once we change the username, so you would need to create them again: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
- Provide alternate names in case the proposed one is not available.
