Unable to download PDF form.

    I have published a form trying to convert to pdf fillable and is just sitting there with waiting movement so far for about 1/2 hour

    Hello Wayne,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did try to download PDF file of your form #71756985964882. It does download PDF successfully but it seems to be a blank PDF document. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hello, sorry for our late response about this.

    This issue is no longer reproducible with the new PDF Editor.

    I tried to download your form as Fillable PDF on the new version, and it is downloaded as intended.

    Would you kindly try to download a new PDF Form on your account?

    In order to do that, you can head to PUBLISH tab of your form builder screen, click PDF on the left, then click DOWNLOAD.
