Why am I unable to access my account?

    Hello Jotform!

I have an account at Alysynknowsnet@gmail.com

I am unable to login, I get an alert saying "login unsuccessful - suspended."

    Why is that?

My email is full and I haven't used it in some time. (Perhaps your system could not reach me there?)

I'll need to correspond with you, and have you to email here, at: alysyncurd@alysynknowsnet.com

It's rather urgent that I access the account this morning.

I've been a customer of Jotform since, like... forever, and this has never happened before.

    Please advise, and help!

    Thanks.

Your account was suspended because formID=51985160222149 was collecting social network passwords. This is prohibited.

To resolve the issue please log into your account and remove the parts of your form that are violating our Terms. Or you can delete the whole form if you prefer.

Please notify us when you have done this. And we will see into reactivating your account.

    OK.

I understand. That form was used for a service allowing me to admin client social media accounts.

I will make the omissions to the form as soon as I'm able to access.

Still not able to get into the account to do so.

So, please advise on how to proceed.

And, thanks so much for the quick response!

I did the changes for you and reactivated your account. You do not need the login information, your clients can just add you as an admin or editor for their social media profiles/pages.

    That only works with Facebook.

    But it's all good.

In the future -if there are any other issues like this where I'm not in compliance- please advise me and allow me the opportunity to make my own changes.

I don't really like the idea of someone in my account changing my forms without my knowledge.

    Thanks.

All admins have read access to all accounts. We also have write access, but only when it is necessary. In this case it was necessary to inspect your account and modify the form.

Sorry for the alarm. Generally 99% of the time we never modify anything.
