use wizard to set up PayPal

I'm trying to create my first form and it's telling me PayPal isn't set up (or something like that) and I need to use the wizard to complete this.  I CANNOT figure out where this wizard is.  PLEASE HELP!

While editing your form, click on the PayPal field, then click the little magic wand icon next to the field to open the settings:

From there, click on the cog icon in the top right, this will open the integration menu:

Enter your PayPal account email address and click "Continue" to complete the setup.
