Some questions not showing in Google Spreadsheet

    The final question (NCR COMPLETE?) is not appearing in my google sheet.

    If that a new field, the spreadsheet should be automatically updated with the next received submission.

    Otherwise, please re-integrate your form with the Google Spreadsheet to receive a fresh sheet.
