captcha in embedded form preventing form from submitting

Hello,

We have the following form setup for our guests and they are having a problem submitting the form.

They add all of their information, then it won't let them submit the form on bottom.

It seems that the Capcha icon is the issue, as there are scrolling arrows near it, but not sure.

Can someone please check this for us?

I checked your page and I am able to see the issue.  Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

The form itself looks to be working properly, using the iframe code will allow the form to function as if it wasn't embedded to your page.
