Confirmation emails not being sent

    To receive an autoresponder email for pending payments, please enable it in the Payment Additional Gateway settings. To do that, please follow the screen animation below:

    1. Log in to your account and open the form.
    2. Select the Payment field and click the Gear icon.
    3. Scroll down and choose the "Notifiers and Autoresponder" in the Pending Payment Email.
