Unable to undo encryption

Greetings,

I need assistance with viewing my encrypted forms. I created a key on my laptop. However, my computer is broken and I do not have the encryption key to view my forms. I turned the encryption off, but it still displays characters inside words. How can I change this? I do not see any steps to adjust this feature.

The already encrypted data is lost. There is no way to decrypt the data.
