I still have been unable to have the Thank you page on my "collection" form look and work the same as it does on my "Contact Us page"?

 HELP

I want both forms to be clear and put the senders name into the Thank you pages.

I don't  seem to be able to enter CSS code into the Thank you page as I can on the form pages??

1) Try copying the source code of the Thank You page of your "Contact Us page" form.

2) Then go to your "Collection Assignment" form, and replace the source code of the Thank You page with the one you copied from the "Contact Us page" form, example:

On regards of showing the form submitters name into the Thank You page of your "Collection Assignment" form, make sure to add it from the "Form Fields" dropdown:
