Forms not received after submit button has been clicked

    Are you referring to emails from submissions? 

    I have checked your form and I can see the submissions are appearing without any problem on your submissions page. 

    If the issue is related to your emails, please check this guide that will help you to know why emails may not be sending: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications 

    I can also see you have set up an SMTP sender, please make sure the information is correct, I would suggest you to double check with your mail server provider.
