How to clear entered data from hidden fields?

My form essentially has 5 branches that takes the user in different directions.

But I am finding that once you select the single choice properties and then fill in some of the subsequent questions, if you change your mind and go back and chose a different single choice, why does it leave the answers still filled in?

Some of the answers are still filled because of the conditions that you have set. You have set conditions to show new fields if some other field is filled. Considering that field was filled it will still be show new fields, even if you change your mind. 

To resolve this issue you need to set Clear Hidden Field Values inside of settings page of your form to Clear On Being Hidden. 

After that you form will work like this.
