How to create a vertical form?

Hi,

I wanting to create a fillable quote form on my website, Currently, the form I use from GoDaddy is on vertical. So All information is stacked from top to bottom. 

Want to be able to use the entire web-page. Left to right. 

example:    name     phone    email  

                 product group      manufacture    part number     qty 

Is this something from the themes you have I can do?
