Is there a way to link a person to another form when they answer a question?

In other words, if a person answers "yes" to a question we may need additional information but do not want the data to be in the same spreadsheet as this one. We would like a link to be inserted and take them directly to another form to complete. We want this data separate from the original form data.

You may consider setting up a new notification with the link to the new form and set up a condition to send the notification only when the required field's answer is Yes. Please see the screenshot below that can help you in setting up the condition on the form.

Please note that the email notification/autoresponder with conditions will be sent only when the set rule is passed.
