No one seems to be getting our e-mail confirmations over the past couple of days, this issue is spread across multiple forms with 100s of previous submissions that always worked in the past.

As I check the email history log of your previous edited form, I see that the notifications are being sent from our end without any issue.
I have also checked the email address associated with the account and see that it is also working fine. Both the email addresses are not listed in our bounce list. Please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
