How do I make a large table fit on the PDF export?

    Hello!

My form includes a few large tables (created using the "Configurable List" widget). I need to export a PDF of each submission to keep as a soft-copy record. However, the PDF cuts off half of the large tables. It is very important that the full table is included in the soft copy. I tried to "Customize PDF" but the website either crashed or my computer slows down like crazy. When I finally got the website to function, I couldn't shrink the tables. Is there any other way to make everything fit onto the PDF export??

    Thanks,

    Katie

I checked your form and the slowness of the form comes from the fact that it has a lot of fields (256 precisely). So it is hard for Browser to render it, therefore the form reacts slowly on edit in Builder and in PDF customize section.

I tried to enter Customize PDF section, but it crashed my Browser several times, is it possible to optimize your form by lowering the number of fields by any chance?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hello,
Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, I cannot lower the number of
fields. Is there any other solution?

What I can only suggest you do to make it possible for you to edit the width of the tables in the PDF copy of the submission page is to add the fields in PDF Design one by one.

You first need to remove the fields from the submission page by unchecking them from the submission page properties before you enter the submission's PDF Design page.

On the PDF Design page, add each fields using the Add Field icon from the toolbars.

Add the fields one by one and resize/format it before you add another. Also, please make sure to save any changes you made.
