Can't integrate with Zoho CRM - Authentication failed using auth token

    I use 2-factor authentication on Zoho CRM. I generated a new auth tokey named "JotForm" in my Zoho account. I then edited my form on JotForm and selected Zoho CRM under integrations. I put in my Zoho auth token, and clicked "Authenticate". Then I got this message:

    Authentication Failed! Please check your credentials.

    I already tried clearing my browser (Chrome) cache. Didn't help. Am I missing a step here?

    Please contact Zoho CRM support to see if the token is not corrupted, or if there is something not setup in your account that is preventing the use and validation of the token.
