I tried to create a pdf of one of my forms. It started working but 10 minutes later it is still "working."

I have never tried to create a pdf of one of my forms before but someone requested it and I saw in the drop down menu that it was an option so I decided why not? The trouble is, the "working" process got hung up. Doesn't want to finish. Thought you would like to know. It's my Gathering Client Info form which is a long one.

The form is not on a web page. I just send the link if someone needs to provide info.

Looks like it finally finished. Now I see that there are some form fields that have vertical lines

through them making it difficult to read. I'm attaching the pdf.

    Thanks  - Bill L.

Please review also our user guide: JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-With-All-Points

I checked your form and I noted that it is a very long form an has multiple tab paging on it. It is possible that the Create PDF tool on your form was failing due to the complexity and content of your form.

I am sorry, but it look like you it will not be possible to successfully create a PDF form version of your current form.

The option I can suggest is to create/design a more simpler form that matches the requirement and you can then try creating a PDF form version of the new form.

I hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
